Deliveries live in services/delivery, and every carrier event goes through CarrierAdapter. I’ll attach the photo to the delivered event and store it with the existing upload helper.

One catch: tracking pages are cached for five minutes, so a new photo would not show until the cache expires. Calling purgeTracking(id) when a photo lands.

acked() times out on slow printers, so line 4 pushes the label again while the first job still prints. Retry with the same job key.
